Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- Within 14 days of initial subscription purchase (trial period)
- Service unavailability exceeding 24 consecutive hours
- Major advertised features not delivered as promised
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and require approval from our customer service team. Documentation may be required to support your refund request.
Refund Process and Timeline
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team at preeti@zovia.ai or through our help center
- Provide your account details and reason for refund request
- Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Refund processing times vary by payment method:
- Credit/debit cards: 5-10 business days
- Bank transfers: 7-14 business days
- Digital payment providers: 3-7 business days
Non-Refundable Items and Services
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Custom implementation or integration services
- Subscription fees beyond the trial period
- Add-on features or modules purchased separately
- Training or consulting services already delivered
- Subscriptions active for more than 14 days
Cancellation Process
To cancel your Zovia.AI subscription:
- Log in to your Zovia.AI account
- Navigate to Account Settings -> Subscription
- Select "Cancel Subscription"
- Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process
When you cancel:
- You will maintain access to the service until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be applied unless you reactivate your subscription
- Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation before being permanently deleted
